1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://smallsolution.info or engaging SmallSolution Technologies for software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not engage our services.

2. Scope of Services

SmallSolution provides custom software development, MVP building, Phase Zero requirements analysis, interactive wireframing/prototyping, and workflow automation. All custom client work is executed under a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

3. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

We build your intellectual property, not ours. Upon completion of project milestones and receipt of full payment according to the agreed SOW, 100% of all custom source code, documentation, designs, and architectural deliverables belong exclusively to you (the Client). SmallSolution retains zero proprietary claim, royalty rights, or lock-in hooks on client IP.

4. Transparent Pricing & Zero Hidden Fees

We pride ourselves on radical financial transparency:

• Fixed Milestone Pricing: Every quote is scoped upfront. You will never receive surprise invoices, unexpected licensing charges, or stealth hourly overages.
• Third-Party Infrastructure: Cloud hosting (e.g., Vercel, Firebase, AWS) and domain registry expenses are paid directly by the client to the respective provider, ensuring full client ownership and zero markup from us.

5. Honest Claims & Real Client Work

SmallSolution does not publish fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or unverified performance claims. All case studies on our site describe real technical architectures and honest delivery benchmarks. While we employ rigorous engineering best practices, client business outcomes (sales, venture funding, market traction) depend on external commercial factors beyond our direct engineering control.

6. Font & Asset Licensing

All typography utilized on our website and delivered to clients utilizes permissible open-source licenses (such as the SIL Open Font License for the Inter and Space Grotesk typefaces) or custom created vector assets. No copyrighted third-party assets are incorporated without explicit commercial rights.

7. Warranty & Bug-Fix Period

All custom builds delivered by SmallSolution come with an agreed post-launch warranty window (typically 30 days following production deployment) during which any bugs or discrepancies against the agreed SOW are rectified promptly at zero additional cost.
